As an EU based entrepreneur, you can buy all your printed matter from us VAT-free, or Tax-Free.



As an EU entrepreneur, do you have a VAT number or a BE number and are you registered with the Chamber of Commerce as an entrepreneur or company? .. then you can buy all your printing at NLprinters without having to pay VAT.

How does delivering printed matter work without VAT:
In our online store you will see prices including and excluding VAT.
As soon as you enter a Belgian delivery address in our shopping cart when ordering, our system will not calculate VAT/VAT.
Please note: You must enter your BE number as a comment with your order so that we can check its accuracy.

What is the origin of VAT-free printing:
NLprinters is a website of Holmstock B.V. located in Netherlands. We produce and deliver from the EU and not necessarily from Belgium. For this reason there is an intra-community supply of goods. EU legislation then shifts the VAT.
You will receive an invoice from us with your own and our VAT number. You pay us no VAT / no VAT.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS:
If you are a non-EU based company, ordering printingmatters or services with us, you will be invoiced the dutch VAT.
The dutch VAT is 21%. If you ask us to delivery goods within the EU, the same rule applies. For example:
You order printingmatters to be delivered at a fair in Frankfurt (Germany) or Paris (France), we will invoice the dutch VAT.

Thanks to modern transport providers, we can use parcel shipping and pallet transport very efficiently.
